research on workplace trends, what leading organizations are implementing in
response to the changing workplace, and how an entrepreneurial and other
organizations can apply these learnings.
This session will include table discussions as well as a panel
presentation. Practices that will be discussed focus upon the differences
transcending four generations of workers and how to motivate this diverse group;
pervasive connectivity as it impacts work life balance; and how to optimize
flex time arrangements to have a positive impact on your business and your
employees.
Learn why it is important to recognize the needs
of our changing workplace and the positive impact that leading practices can
have in attracting, retaining, and optimizing productivity of your workforce. Our
