Ellen is a Managing Director at Antiphony, a strategy and management consulting firm that helps
companies create sustainable value through innovation. Ellen is responsible for the Human Capital practice area,
focusing on team building and leadership coaching, and strategic HR.
Prior to joining Antiphony, Ellen was a Vice President at the Mayer Leadership Group, an executive coaching firm,
where she specialized in helping emerging growth companies develop leadership talent. Ellen was responsible for
creating the Human Resources function at InvestorForce, an institutional information and investment technology
company. In addition to building the organization, her focus areas included executive team building to achieve
results that aligned with business objectives.
Ellen worked for 12 years at Shared Medical Systems (now Siemens). She held a variety of positions, including
Quality Consultant, Physician Marketing Programs Manager, Business Center Manager and Installation Analyst. While at
SMS, Ellen focused on process consultation, organization development, employee communications, team-building and
customer input. She assisted groups throughout SMS with strategic and tactical planning. Ellen planned and
facilitated key company-wide communication meetings, user group meetings and advisory boards. She developed
communication plans for multiple groups and initiatives. She also had extensive experience with designing and
implementing employee satisfaction surveys and driving employee development programs. As a Quality Consultant, Ellen
worked closely with the senior management team to drive culture change in the organization and meet the business
objectives.
Ellen was a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), enabling customers to derive maximum benefit
from their new systems through process reengineering and training.
Ellen is also the Executive Director for Robin Hood Ventures, an Angel Investor group that funds early stage,
emerging growth technology companies.
Ellen received a BS in Economics from the Wharton School (Concentrations in Finance and Management).
