R. Linda Resnick

President, CEO Resources

Ms. Resnick is the founder and President of CEO Resources, Inc. a retained executive search and hiring solutions
consulting firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a search consultant who specializes in recruiting
entrepreneurial leadership for fast-growth biotech and high tech since 1989, she has led her firm in the delivery of
customized, quality executive search services to hundreds of companies, filling positions from Board of Directors
through executive management roles.

As a renowned authority and author with respect to employment trends and entrepreneurial management, Ms. Resnick's
book, A Big Splash in Small Pond (Simon & Schuster, 1994), was featured as a Fortune Book Club Selection of the
Month.  Ms. Resnick was honored as one of "Pennsylvania's 50 Best Women in Business for 1998" by the Pennsylvania
Department of Community and Economic Development.  Ms. Resnick now serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of
the Philadelphia Academies, Inc.  She is leading the Search Facilitation Committee of the Forum of Executive Women,
helping to recommend women for corporate boards.

Before establishing her own company, Ms. Resnick directed a venture-funded business development service for the
University City Science Center.  Prior to holding a range of management roles in human resources and marketing at
Unisys (Sperry) Corporation and ARAMARK (ARA Services), she served as the director of a local human service
organization and was on the faculty of a local university. She holds a Masters degree in counseling from West
Chester University and a Bachelors degree from Wheelock College.
