Lori P. McKaig

Lori McKaig, a senior executive with the Accenture Defense group, is the Executive Vice President for Mission Services Engagement Management. Ms.
McKaig has responsibility for Army Mission Services Programs and initiatives, and serves as deputy to the Mission Services Group Lead.  She also leads the Accenture Health and Public Services Senior Executive Women's Advisory Counsel, charged with improving retention of women, increasing visibility of women; promoting role models; increasing engagement scores among women; and improving communication.   Ms. McKaig has over 17 years of executive leadership experience and has managed diverse areas of technology business operations.

Prior to Accenture, Ms. McKaig held several roles at Gestalt, a privately held business and technology consulting firm serving the defense and energy industries. At Gestalt Ms. McKaig was a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Senior Vice President, Communications and Workforce Enrichment, and Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing Operations.  Under Ms. McKaig's watch Gestalt was identified as the No. 1 Best Small Business to Work For and subsequently as the Second Best Large Business to Work for, as the company grew.  Prior to joining Gestalt, Ms. McKaig served as Director of Operations for the 1,000-person professional services division of Breakaway Solutions, a $100 million+ multinational technology consulting company, where she reported directly to the COO.  Prior to this role, she was the Manager of Alliances for Breakaway Solutions. Before joining Breakaway Solutions, Ms. McKaig served as Manager of Information Technology Outsourcing for a FORTUNE 100 electric and gas utility, managing contracts in excess of $500 million.
