About the Fellows Program

“The AWE network provided me with support and coaching, and helped me gain a better understanding of my role as entrepreneur.”  Irene Susantio, AWE Fellow 2009

The Building Bridges Fellowship Program is designed to encourage and support the career paths of female students and early stage entrepreneurs by providing the opportunity for the Fellows to be mentored, coached and advised by experienced WIN members who nurture their entrepreneurial aspirations.  It offers a unique and valuable opportunity for a select few female students and early stage entrepreneurs to network with AWE members and to attend AWE events.  AWE promotes the expansion of women-led and women-owned businesses with high growth potential through education, networking, mentoring, and exposure to investment resources.
